Shipping policy

At Lumon Pet, we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $45.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders between $0.00 and $44.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.00.
  • No additional handling or processing fees are charged.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Carriers & Tracking Information

Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

You can track your shipment by:

  • Using the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email; or
  • Logging into your customer account to view order and tracking details.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only to addresses located within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • International destinations outside the United States
  • Countries or regions not serviced by USPS delivery networks

If we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we will contact you before shipment.


Delivery Delays & Unexpected Events

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Supply chain delays

If a delay significantly affects your shipment, we will provide updates whenever possible.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with serious shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.

Local Pickup & Alternative Delivery Options

At this time, we do not offer:

  • In-store pickup
  • Local delivery services
  • Scheduled delivery appointments

All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
