At Lumon Pet, we want you and your pets to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before initiating a return.


Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Example: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Original Condition: Items must be unused or lightly used, with all original tags attached, and free from obvious wear or damage.
  2. Accepted Cases:
    • Buyer's remorse or change of mind (non-defective items)
    • Defective or damaged items
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, final sale, or heavily discounted products are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support team via service@lumonpet.com or use your account’s return request page to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and photos if applicable.
  3. We do not provide prepaid return labels. All returns must be shipped by the customer.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective.
  • If the customer pays for return shipping, it will be charged based on the actual shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time & Method

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).
  • No restocking fees will be deducted.

Exchanges & Special Cases

  • Exchanges: We support exchanges for the same item or different eligible items; please contact customer service to arrange.
  • Store Credits: Partial returns or store credit options may be offered at our discretion.
  • Lost or Damaged Return Packages: Contact customer service with evidence (photos, tracking) to resolve.
