From those observations, we built a line of products that respects natural eating habits while keeping daily care simple for owners. From Clay to Daily Ritual
Many of the ceramic products in our collection are manufactured in Chaozhou, Guangdong, a region known for its long history of ceramic production. Working with experienced manufacturing partners allows us to focus on products that are suitable for everyday pet feeding.
From shaping and firing to finishing and inspection, each product goes through multiple stages before it becomes part of our collection. We review products throughout the process to help ensure consistency and practicality.

While manufacturing takes place through trusted production partners, our team is responsible for product selection, sample reviews, order management, and customer support.
This is where products are evaluated, information is organized, and customer feedback is reviewed. These daily activities help us maintain consistency across the products and services we provide.
Stored in the U.S., Ready to Ship
After products arrive from our manufacturing partners, inventory is stored and prepared for fulfillment within the United States.
Keeping stock available in our U.S. fulfillment network allows us to process orders efficiently and provide domestic shipping to customers across the country.
By combining manufacturing expertise in China with U.S.-based fulfillment, we are able to offer a more reliable shopping and delivery experience.
